REFUND WILL BE DONE ONLY FOR THE BELOW CASES:
- If the product is damaged during transit.
- If the product has any manufacturing defect.
- For an instance, RIMLI finds that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- Unfortunately that your product arrives damaged in your shipment immediately mail us a photo of the damaged product. Note, your mail should reach us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The details of the dimension and weight of each product are mentioned in detail along the product image, we do not exchange product based on reasons that it’s too heavy and too long.
- No exchanges will be done if you are not happy with the actual product that you have purchased.
- All replacements and returns are subject to the decision of Rimli.
- There are no exchanges and refund policy done after your product is ordered.
- Kindly do not courier the product to us without approval from our Rimli team. We do not offer any replacement in that case.
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled for any reason.
